We charge a standard shipping rate of £5 on all orders.
* Delivery might be delayed due to Holidays, end of months and weekends rush.
** Orders might be processed late (up to 1 business day) by Herbalife warehouses due to weekends rush.
We do not control carriers logistics, therefore we are not responsible for delivery delays.
All products are inspected before leaving Herbalife warehouses to ensure that there are no damages to the products. If you have received damaged shipment, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
We understand that packages could be lost in transit. Please contact us immediately when you are in such event. We will do our best to investigate the case and get your order replaced. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were delivered at your doorstep. It is your responsibility to leave instruction to the carrier if you're not able to receive the package(s).
Herbalife distributors do not control over the stock of products at Herbalife warehouses. We do not know the stock status of a product until we process your order. Backordered items might be shipped separately at no additional cost. Backordered items cannot be expedited or cancelled.
Orders placed between the 25th and the 3rd of the following month might be slightly delayed.
